I found Kingswood Joinery to be an excellent company to have dealings with. Currently renovating a period cottage in Ireland and costs quoted for sash windows here over 2000 each so decided to source from UK and luckily came across this company. From start to finish a pleasure to deal with. They even delivered the windows to me here in Ireland. We had to install the weights ourselves but this was explained as making the window easier to move about while transporting and makes sense, not a big job anyway. I can only highly recommend and thank Ray for the beautiful windows and the manner in which my (probably painful) queries were dealt with as obviously I was nervous dealing with a company in a different country.
